During the COVID-19 pandemic online learning has been one of the key methods of education for children as they have spent most of their time at home. This study explored the perception of parents on online learning for the preschoolers where 203 parents from English medium schools in Dhaka city of Bangladesh participated in an online survey. The data collected was analyzed in SPSS (version 20) and descriptive statistics was used to describe the findings. For parents, online learning is a means of keeping their children active during the pandemic but it is not an effective tool for education. Parents did not believe online learning was beneficial to their children. They also seemed to be concerned about the harmful effects of increased screen time on children. Zarrin Tasnim M.
