ShahjalalIslami Bank Limited is based on Islamic Shariah. SJIBL is named after the name of a saint HajratShahjalal who dedicated his life for the cause of peace in this world and hereafter and served the humanity. It was incorporated as a Public limited company on 1st April, 2001 under companies Act 1994. It started its Banking operation on May 10, 2001 with the 1st branch (main branch) opened at 58, Dilkusha C/A, Dhaka, obtaining the license of Bangladesh Bank, for upliftment of economic condition of its customers as well as to contribute sustainable economic growth and development in trade and industry of the country. Here I tried my level best to show the recruitment and selection process of SJIBL, after that I focused on the issue towards the contribution to other department and at least its contribution towards the efficiency and competitiveness of ShahjalalIslami Bank Ltd.
