Performance Appraisal is very important for every organization. In Daraz Bangladesh, performance appraisal takes place every six months through a software named zoho. A survey is conducted at the corporate office of Daraz Bangladesh to evaluate the appraisal system. The whole report is divided into nine parts. First part comprises of introduction part which includes an overview of the e commerce industry. The second part is a literature review where all the theories are discussed which are implemented in this study. The third part is the company overview which gives an overlook of the company in details. The fourth part comprises of my job description and my observations during my internship period. The fifth part describes in details how the whole appraisal system of Daraz Bangladesh works. The sixth part describes about the responsibilities that I have to take for completing this appraisal process. The seventh part tells in details how the research has been conducted. The eighth part tell about the findings and analysis of the survey that has been conducted. At last the ninth part gives some recommendations and some implementations plan based on the recommendations for the appraisal process. After reviewing this study, very important factors about the Appraisal system of Daraz Bangladesh can be found which need to be improved in order to make this system more effective and successful.
