The main objective behind preparing this report is to know about the procedures of doing business with the foreign buyers. How the business runs, what are their strategies, how to overcome any problem created how to maintain the quality of products and how to maintain a good relationship with the buyer. Renaissance Group is one of the leading buying house in the country and they are doing phenomenally well in this particular sector. During my Internship Program I worked with different teams. I worked there with the Merchandising Team and also with the Product Development Team. I was assigned to assist my supervisor with his works and for myself I learned how every step is done appropriately and timely. From my findings I found that, Bangladesh is really good in RMG. The foreign buyers are very much delighted to work with the Bangladeshis. They have strong faith is us and that’s why they like working with us. Asif Hassan Ahmed B.
