This Report has been made based on “Human Resource Management Practices in National Bank Limited” who plays the vital role & the most essential part for the organization & business. So for this reason importance of management system in human resource of banking sector has been increased rapidly worldwide. Human resource is the only effective way to increase the value of capital, land, technique for adding proper value of business. As a result human resource management practices in the organization considering major part of the Bank. In today’s competitive world we are facing vigorous competition in every step of our life adding a new era.
