For my internship program, I got the opportunity to work at one of the best performing Hotels in Bangladesh. I was placed in the HR department of the Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden Hotel, the parental company of Carlson Razidor. There I got experience about how things work in real life and how the HR activities especially Recruitment and Selection process of the Hotel. The importance of this report is to gain practical of HR activities in Radisson Hotel. I was supported by the Assistant Director, Assistant Manager, Senior Executive officer and coordinator of Human Resources. While working in the hotel, I was involved with the recruitment process, training program and the use of CORMEE software.
