This internship report showcases my learning as an intern there. This report briefly shows the HR practices that have been performed in every branch of Rupali Bank Ltd. In my 3 month long internship period, I was assigned to the Mohammadpur branch where I had to provide services to the customers as well as answer cautiously to their quarries about different banking schemes.
