My internship report is on “Credit Risk Management Practice in Non Banking Financial Institutions: A Study on Lanka Bangla Finance Limited”. To build this report I have tried to collect as much related information as possible. I included an overview and a brief discussion of overall activities to get a preliminary idea of the services of Lanka Bangla Finance Limited. Being a joint venture financial institution, it provides a wide range of services to its customers. The Core business of this organization is different types of loan products which is discussed in the report. Actually I have organized this report to represent background of LBFL, their available product & service facilities, their efficiency to serve customer, and their terms and conditions for loans. My concentration was to show the whole process of Credit Risk Management Division. A major portion of the report describes the overall process of approving loans as well.
