In Bangladesh it has successful financial turnover. This report mainly deals with the existing recruitment & selection process of Paragon Group. This specific report is mainly based on the prime responsibilities that were needed to do during the internship period at Paragon Group, Bangladesh. Since the internship was in the recruitment and selection process of HR department, the report has been prepared mainly considering the theme of Talent Acquisition or recruitment process. This report is a descriptive one; no quantitative analysis has been done here. In the very beginning of the report, the background of Paragon Group, Bangladesh has been described. Then the job responsibilities that were needed to be accomplished during the internship tenure in the head office have been jotted down. After that the process of recruitment of the organization has been elaborated. Based on my knowledge & practical experience, I have made this report. I have prepared my report based on information & data supplied by Paragon group. I have also personally tried to collect information regarding this particular topic.
