My daily work was to update the Daily Operations Review of my team, Update leave roster for field workers and update the intern master and manage the intern documents when they join and exit. This report mentions in detail the wholesome learning journey I had in Nestlé Bangladesh Limited. The first chapter provides an explanation on the topic-origin of the report, objective of the report, methodology, scope and limitations of the report. The second chapter provides an overview of Nestlé Bangladesh Limited in details. The third chapter covers the overview of work life at Nestlé Bangladesh Limited. There are detailed methods and images of work provided as a full-proof explanation of my work. The fourth chapter covers my overall observation and learning in the 5 months period. The fifth chapter concludes the report, stating that Nestlé Bangladesh Limited always opens up scope for change and continuous development.
