Though it is a financial institution, still the consumers are the main role player of this organization. In the whole report, discussion was made regarding the types of services the organization gives. Description of the departments of the organization and their functions and their types of services is also discussed. Since, there is always a room for improvement, so some recommendation is also given to improve some of the lacking of the organization. However, this is to admit that this organization is doing really well by providing financial help to the investors.
