Mutual trust bank is one of the leading local banks in our country. The bank has many divisions and departments but the focus is given more on the HRD. Moreover, from the all bank MTB is renowned to good HR practices. I am lucky that I got the opportunity to work in this division. This report is based on compensation system of Mutual Trust Bank how their strong and effective compensation policy increase efficiency and motivate the employees. The purpose of making this report is to identify the compensation management practices and policies of mutual trust bank.
