We have discussed the activities of a specific company which is quiet significant. EFL is the first international air & sea forwarding company to set up operations in Bangladesh in 1978. Today, with over 250 employees and more than 40 operational vehicles, EFL Bangladesh is the largest Air & Sea Forwarding Company operating in the country. With global expertise in solutions, express, air and ocean freight and overnight transport EFL combines worldwide coverage with an in-depth understanding of local markets. One thing that sets us apart from other companies is our motivated and engaged employees which personify the famous "EFL spirit". EFL mostly follows the pattern which is more orthodox but it creates a good support for the customer who goes beyond what they expect from them. The mainframe of what is called the Integrated Services Marketing. As EFL is a global organization its organizational environment varies from country to country, they have developed different marketing activities for different countries. The company is indispensably dependent on three major bases. These bases confronts to be the most significant and influential foundation.
