Lastly, maintaining comprehensive documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes ensures transparency and accountability. By integrating these strategies, stakeholders can consistently deliver high-quality architectural projects, meeting stakeholder expectations and industry benchmarks. As a project architect I have to ensure that, the execution is performed as per design by collaborating with stakeholders.
