These two newly adopted technologies have already altered the manual procurement process. Process simplification and transparency in the procurement process gave a strategic advantage to the business in Bangladesh's power sector. EGCB procurement procedure was also scrutinized by an ISO audit team and that was benchmarked against international standards. Primary and secondary sources of information were used in this research. All collected data was correctly analyzed and represented in charts for easier comparison. The procurement process satisfies all of the known process transformation indicators. Gazi Hasan Arefin M.
