The primary aim is to determine whether conducting training sessions and workshops prior to the project provide greater benefits to the organization. The report begins with a review of how SRG Bangladesh Limited conducts business and the management practices, rules and laws, and policies that it complies to. Furthermore, I will discuss my experience as an intern, as well as my learnings and experiences while working there.
