Includes bibliographical references (page 63). This report is set up based on my four month internship period with ACCFINTAX. This temporary position program helped me to find out about the down to earth situation of a consultancy firm. This report has been introduced dependent on my perception and experience accumulated from ACCFINTAX. Here in this organization I was appointed as intern under TAX and VAT department. This report is conducted as per the experience I had throughout the time of my internship. In this report the income tax procedures of Bangladesh and the income tax services provided by ACCFINTAX is explained in a sequence. In chapter one of the report the contents are about the internship program of the firm, job description, students and companies contribution is mentioned. Chapter two of the report contains information related to the firm about the mission, vision, resources, departments, financial performance, SWAT analysis, marketing practice etc. The chapter three of the report is about the project part. In the project part of the report, the procedures of income tax is explained along with the rules of conducting an income tax return based on rules provided by the tax authorities of Bangladesh. The way ACCFINTAX operate the income tax services is also explained in the chapter three. Nevertheless ACCFINTAX should work a great deal to encourage and support their current representatives. The aftereffect of the assessment is portrayed in subtleties in this report in the later parts. Subsequent to knowing the situation of ACCFINTAX in terms of their worker fulfillment a ton of suggestion came up. The report likewise comprise suggestions and end as indicated by my perspective, which I think would improve nature of the association whenever actualized. Md. Rehan Kabir B.
