In this internship report will try to show the LafargeHolcim industries current supply chain methods, their challenges, and my contribution. In this report will try to follow a structural internship format so that easy to understood the organizations detailed and their current supply chain scenario and my internship experience. During internship time I got chance to work under logistics, plant, terminal and depots departments. Tried to divide the whole report into separate sections so that easy to understand the In chapter 2 will discuss background of the organization, Bangladesh operations, mission, vision product, SWOT analysis, overall supply chain management system. In chapter 3 will discuss methodology of the report, literature review, cost analysis of the report, in chapter 3 will show the overall supply chain management system and its reflection we seen on overall assets and management system.
