Since its founding in 1995, Dhaka Bank Limited has developed to become one of the leading private commercial banks in Bangladesh. I have completed a report based on my internship experience as part of my Bachelor of Business Administration program. In this report, I have endeavored to impart the knowledge, skills, and experience I gained during my three-month apprenticeships at Dhaka Bank Limited, CPC Trade Operations. It details my entire apprenticeship experience, my job responsibilities, and my contributions to the bank. I also made an effort to emphasize the skills and benefits I gained from my internship. I have also attempted to provide a comprehensive overview of all Dhaka Bank divisions and functional areas throughout this report. I've discussed their management strategies, marketing methods, financial services and products, and CSR initiatives, among other topics. To provide a sense of their current standing within the finance industry, I conducted a market analysis. As part of the initiative, I made an effort to assess the level of work satisfaction among the Corporate Branch staff.
