This is the internship report based on the three month long internship program that I had successfully completed in Grow n excel (HR Consultants and management firm) required by BRAC Business School BBA program. The Topic mainly covers the executive search service, training, and outsourcing services of grown n excel, how they help the organization to build employee for brighter future by accurate HR support. Productive Employees are the core competitive advantage for the organization. And grow and excel helping their client organization to get this competitive advantage. The primary objective of this report is to provide a valuable framework for understanding how HR consultants firm like grow n excel helps their client organizations to build trained people to accomplished strategic goal, to get competitive advantage and building the brighter future of employee. This report consists the clear understanding about executive search process and training design and process, and outsourcing recruitment and selection process of organizations. Why organizations need training to get productive employee? What kind of training program grow n excel provides? What are the ways for conducting Management trainee Recruitment? Apart from that I came to know about the way to tracking down the talent industry for better job findings.
