It describes all the learnings, outcomes and experience of the internship program while working in the organization. There is an overview of general E-Commerce business activities, the process of Operation department and also some brief about the other departments. The main objective is of the report to find and analyze the importance of the data acquisition, analysis and integration from E-Business and supply chain management using Management Information System (MIS) of ShopUp. In the second chapter, there is a description of the day-to-day operations of different departments, their activities, how the organization is controlling and operating in the domestic arena. It is also mentioned that how the organization is working on continuous improvement both internally and externally. In third chapter, I researched on the acquiring, processing and analyzing as well as the integration of the data that ShopUp work with.
