Uttara Central Mosque is located at Uttara Sector 6 adjacent to Azampur intersection, which mostly caters to the neighborhood of Uttara Sector 6. Due to increasing population, this mosque requires more space to accommodate and alongside implementation of some ancillary functions. This site demands a connection with the neighboring Uttara Sector 6 kachabazaar and with the students of surrounding educational institutions. By introducing functions derived from the demands of user groups of kachabazaar and educational institutions, along with the habitants of the neighborhood a symbiotic state is aimed to be achieved. This integration will offer students, commuters, residents to have a space for themselves within this site according to the demand, irrespective of religion. Fayek Al Rafi B.
