From the beginning steps to sourcing of raw materials or services to the final user or customers. It includes all the activities, process, information, transformation, logistics everything. And the sustainability of supply chain management begins the awareness of a company environmental, social, economical, healthy & matured labor and such as. The process should involve in everything from a warehouse source of power to the transportation of goods and beyond. In this study I have discussed about the dairy sectors, its raw and packaging materials reason of crisis, planning for the Strategic, critical, leverage and other items. How to identify the risk of SCM during the pandemic and also how to mitigate the risks. We can find the discussion of sustainability of a dairy firm during the global crisis. How to support the local agro business and the poor farmers. I have shared some finding and based on the overall discussion also recommend some actions plan that will help any organization as well the dairy firms keep sustain during any situations. Md.
