Rangs Motors Ltd is a well-known auto mobile company in Bangladesh, was created in 1998, to take over the marketing of commercial vehicles from Rangs Limited. In Bangladesh, it serves as the distributor for Mitsubishi Fuso, Mahindra, and Eicher. In their internship program, they allow the students to get involved with brand and its customers as well as to make the interns know how they deal with credits, sales and finance for their company. They maintain a very strict corporate environment at their office where each of the employees follows hierarchy and company policies.They create a bridge among the products and the customers so that the customers can easily meet their demands. They have made diversity as their key which helped them to sustain in the market. They have branches all over Bangladesh so that reaching to the customers is not a difficult task for them. Here in this report the credit segment of Rangs Motors Ltd to their customer will be highly portrayed. According to the standards and guidelines for BRAC University internship reports, the report has three chapters. An outline of the internship is provided in the first chapter. This section provides details on the student's internship experience, as well as its results, including the student's contribution to the firm, any advantages they received, any challenges they encountered, and suggestions for improving the internship program. The organizing section is in the second chapter. This section provides an overview of Rangs Motors Ltd. as well as information about the company's marketing, management, accounting, and information system operations. contains a competitiveness and industry analysis as well.
