Cataloged from PDF version of internship report. Includes bibliographical references (page 45). The Agrani Bank Limited was the site of my internship, and the basis for my report was my time there. Agrani Bank Limited is a government-sanctioned bank. Since its foundation, the bank has been engaged in commercial banking. Banking's primary role is intermediation, which involves taking deposits from the economy's surplus units and transferring those deposits to the economy's deficit units in the form of credit. After the BBA program, students enrolled in the internship program are required to submit an internship report. HR Planning and Practice at Agrani Bank Limited was the basis for this research. I want to emphasize the operations of Agrani Bank Ltd. Tomsom bridge branch, Comilla, as well as the activities of the whole bank. I do my best to emphasize all of the many departments and activities that I've learned about throughout the report's preparation. The problem is that there are some restrictions on how much information can be gathered in each department.
