Due to a lack of substantial information, people still do not have enough knowledge or understanding regarding this particular area of vehicle-related services. Therefore, through this internship research report, a better understanding has been provided on how Mechanic Koi, a start-up operating in Dhaka, continues to offer 360-degree vehicle solutions, including on-road emergency support, to vehicle owners of this city.
