Sexual Reproductive Health Education deals with the knowledge, skills, and attitude on physical and mental wellbeing related to sexual and reproductive health is considered a sensitive issue in the context of Bangladesh. The study is to explore the perception of Grade V teachers of GPS teachers on assessing the relevance of sexual reproductive health education in the classrooms. The study was conducted in two selected areas of Bangladesh from Dhaka and Chattogram district. Data was collected through FGDs from the teachers and KII from the field experts. The teachers consider sexual reproductive health education for a Grade V student is important and teaching such sensitive topics in the classroom is relevant. The curriculum of Bangladesh needs to include more content on the issues in the textbooks compared to the curriculum of Nepal and India. Grade V students need to be prepared for the upcoming sexual reproductive health issues which will impact their lives in the near future. Md. Rafe Ahmed M.
