Customers' long-term relationships and loyalty may be built through digital marketing, as has been demonstrated in this paper as well as prospects, problems, solutions are demonstrated. Additionally, this study demonstrates how brand communication, a query management tool, and interaction may assist marketers in strengthening customer relationships. Additional findings include how digital marketing affects consumer contact with social media and potential clients. The results of this research reveal that customers have gained control over their interactions with brands. To make the customers more loyal, it reveals what forces are at work in the background to create a positive attitude toward the business. There is also a discussion on the distinctions between traditional and digital marketing, and how digital marketing has changed the way brands market to their customer base.
