The objectives of this paper was to find out in the case of Generation Z what are the most important motivating factors that influence work performance and employee satisfaction. This study is research-oriented, describing the values of this generation and how employers can fulfill these standards. The study starts with a theoretical framework focused on literature, papers, outcomes of research, and foreign sources. The subject of the section is the idea of motivation and job satisfaction; who is part of Generation Z, and what their values and aspirations are. The second part consists of quantitative research in which 83 students of BRAC and other Universities of Bachelor of Business Administration majority and between 18-28 years old were asked to answer 4 questions about key factors influencing to their motivation and job satisfaction. The findings should not be taken as the outcome of the opinion of the entire Bangladeshi population, although the author claims that this is the very first step in the leadership of an organization to inspire and keep Generation Z happy as employees. Generation Z individuals were born directly at the time of technology, where all data is readily accessible. They use electronics on a regular basis and expect the environment to be modern and simple to use. This young generation lives in a situation in which they have a wide variety of careers. The opportunity to choose is much greater than it was several years ago. Taki Nawer Himi B.
