In this report, I portrayed profitability and liquidity of The City Bank Ltd. and discussed to what extent Covid-19 has affected their performance analyzing annual reports, supervisor information and branch observations. This report also mentions about risk management and all the general banking activities of City Alo- Gulshan Women Branch. Apart from ratio analysis and CAMELS rating, to determine profitability and liquidity position, focus is on ‘excellent service quality’ of The City Bank where it is made sure that no satisfactory service is provided so that customers trust towards City Bank remains firm. This report also mentions innovations made by the City Bank over 37 years where they presented unique approaches rather than following traditional banking practices for customers.
