Includes bibliographical references (pages 37-38) Aamra Networks Limited is one of the leading companies providing internet and related products to the people who depend on IT products for their personal lives and business activities. To know about the company and “customers purchase decision”, this report has primarily focused on three objectives, which are “Product Attractiveness” of the company, “Customer Satisfaction Level” and “Areas of Improvement”. In order to fulfill the objectives a “survey” was conducted with 83 respondents who are customers of the company and for each of the objectives different set of questions were asked to the participants. The survey included likert scale questions and an open-ended question to know the level of agreement of the customers for different statements and get their feedbacks. According to the findings, different customers have different opinions about the company and multiple suggestions were also given according to their requirements. After analyzing the responses, recommendations are provided in the last part of the report. Brototi Sarker B.
