How it is important for startups to give top notch customer service. This report will give an idea on jute industry of Bangladesh using e-commerce and selling their products online. The report will also give a clear idea on how the whole order process works and the ways to communicate with customers in a proper manner. The jute was in Bangladesh a long way back but now companies are trying to make it in a way so that people can decor their homes with it as well in a stylist way. The relationship between prompt reply to customers and their reaction on that thus effects sales.
