Deligram Technology limited is an E-commerce company which is an affiliated company of Rahimafrroz founded by Waiz Rahim. It basically aims to serve their product in the rural area and urban area of Bangladesh through online and offline services. At first, they started their pilot launching in 2017 at Comilla. Later, they expand it in Dhaka, Gazipur, Savar as well. It is now planning to make 1200 Hub point throughout the country. At the first phase of this report, it is an introduction about E-commerce industries and how those industries were started in Bangladesh. The chapter included with an overview of the company, product and branches of Deligram. Some of the literature is reviewed which is discussed at the second phase. In the third phase, my job responsibility throughout the internship period is discussed. At the middle of the report, I discussed a summary of the report which is background, scope, objective, methodology, and limitation widely. At the fourth phase, I analyzed the report which discussed based on the survey questionnaires. There is some important factor like fair performance evaluation, Employee benefit, decision making, employee engagement etc. Last but not the list, I have found out the overall employee satisfaction and based on that I come up with some recommendation.
