This report represents the deep analysis of how Employee motivational factors are affecting to reduce employee attrition in ACCPL. HR processing are likely similar responsibilities in other organization but after I join here, I got to know there is more responsibilities for HRM personnel to take and managing the employee of the organization. It is really a tough job to take care of all the branches across the continent for a MNC like Dabur ACCPL.I found that different factors which HR team of ACCPL are following to motivate their employees.
