While preparing this report is has been tried to reveal the insights of the customer satisfaction of LankaBangla credit cards services, which is one of the leading non-banking financial institutions in Bangladesh. This report is divided into two parts. First part contains organization overview and second part contains introduction to the reports, the study process, problem statements and findings and suggestions.
