Besides this report will also have a closer look on the customer satisfaction of the foreign exchange department of Jamuna Bank (Mirpur-10) branch. This report will focus on the learning which I have learnt during my internship period, where I worked in the foreign exchange department. This report will contain overview of the Jamuna bank and some activities and responsibilities related to foreign exchange transactions. Finally, the data analysis, the customer satisfaction of foreign exchange transaction department of Mirpur branch Jamuna bank has been done with help from the answers of the questionnaire. This report will interpret the data presented their effectiveness and importance for Jamuna bank ltd. Besides the answers will also have a graphical presentation which has been done through SPPS software. Lastly the analysis has been used to identify major findings and some recommendation to it.
