This report is done doing survey on employees’ perception and also did Focus Group Discussion to know their insights properly. This report is done to find out how the employees perceive the employer Incepta Pharmaceuticals Limited. First part of the report covers organizational overview, vision, mission, products, management hierarchy and SWOT analysis. Second part covers the research part which includes rationale of the study, statement of the problems, scope and delimitation of the study, objectives of the report, research questions.
