Initially, the different types of audits conducted by RMIA has been discussed leading into the whole audit procedure. However, the report also gives an emphasis on the customers’ perception about the products of ‘ACI Foods’. It discusses about the reasons why ‘ACI Foods’ have been facing challenges since its inception in 2006 and the customers’ expectation from them. Moreover, the survey conducted over customers and retails have also been reflected here in order to have an overall insight about the matter.
