I did my intern at badda branch of IBBL. I worked in all 3 desks by job rotation to get the overall idea about the banking activities of IBBL. It was not difficult for me as the other employees were very helpful during my internship period. I got to interact with customers while they were taking the services from the bank. I also got the chance to get their views regarding the service of the bank. Although sometimes it seems very challenging as the customers are in a hurry and didn’t want to participate in the talk. I learned from my internship program how to overcome fear and how this is important to prosper in life. I also got the knowledge about punctuality. It helped me to increase my confidence in this banking sector. I got chance to know their different activities through the internship program and I particularly focused on the Customer Satisfaction level of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited which is my internship report topic.
