The topic of this study is “Recruitment Procedures” that has been followed byt he recruitment team. Recruiting is the most important segment in any organization. In my report,I have used all the information I gather during my internship period. I took help from different individuals and annual report (2017-2018) of IDLC Finance Limited. This report contains the brief information about IDLC Finance Limited and its subsidiaries. I have mentioned the systems and procedures IDLC follows in their recruitment process.
