I have got a great opportunity to complete my internship in the most renowned bank in Bangladesh, Agrani Bank Limited. As a Human Resource Management student it was a great experience to me to work in Agrani Bank as an intern. I am also very much thankful to all my mentors and supervisors who have helped to learn every general banking methods, rules and regulations properly. In this report I have included all my practical experience and learning along with company profile, mission- vision and company structure. I have elaborately mentioned the customer support and satisfaction level of Agrani bank along with the statistical studies that I’ve were given through my interview of customers. The questionnaires of my interview are attached within the appendix. I also delivered bibliography from where i have taken all the secondary records about Agrani Bank.
