New Database Announcement: Economic & Political Weekly

Brac University Library is pleased to announce the addition of Economic & Political Weekly to the vast range of electronic resources.

The Economic and Political Weekly is a weekly peer-reviewed academic journal covering all social science research. First published in 1949 as the Economic Weekly and since 1966 as the Economic and Political Weekly, EPW, as the journal contains articles on social problems of national and international spheres. It has various sections publishing statistical-based featured articles, regular articles covering current social problems and so on.  It publishes analysis of contemporary affairs and academic papers in the social sciences.The focus of the EPW is economic issues, but it is truly a multidisciplinary publication covering sociology, political science, history, gender and environment studies.
