SMS Text Alerts: a faster option for library notices

BRAC University Ayesha Abed Library is now offering Library Notices via SMS along with the usual email notices. SMS notices give you more timely reminders of books due soon, overdue books etc. To receive SMS notices, you only need to provide your mobile phone number in your contact details to the library. After you submit your mobile number, you will receive all library notices via text messages, including:

• Reminder on book due-dates
• Overdue book notices
• Hold Pick-up notices
• And other notices

There is no extra charge for you to receive these messages.
