- Library membership is required for all of you.
- Your reservation will be cancelled if you do not present within 10 minutes of the start time.
- Users should conduct their discussion activities in the room in a considerate manner so as not to disturb other users of the library.
- Library group discussion rooms are designated for group study only, not for student meetings, debate practice, drama practice, preparing poster/cardboard presentations, or lab experiments.
- Users are required to book the room before use.
- Do not eat full meals or messy foods in the study rooms. If you don’t comply, you will be asked to leave.
- Rooms are reserved for 90-minute blocks, but groups may stay longer only if no other groups are waiting.
- The Library maintains the right to access the room at all times to conduct spot checks and / or maintenance and repairs.
- Any damage to furniture must be reported immediately to the Circulation Desk.
- Foods and beverages (except drinking water) are not allowed in the group study room.
- Users may not leave any personal belongings or unborrowed library books in the room. The library is not responsible for the loss of such items.
- If students are found gossiping or making excessive noise, they will be asked to leave the room.
- Reservation requests can be made up to one day in advance.
- You can't reserve a group study room more than once a day with the same group members, but you can reserve a group discussion room twice a day with different members.
- You can't initiate the booking process for more than 2 slots a day. If someone reserves a room with you, it will count toward your limit.
- Users must not move any furniture from or into the room.
- You can't reserve a group study room more than once with the same group members on the same date.
- Groups are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and removing all personal items.
- Booking is not available during Public Holidays when the library is closed.
- No subletting.
- When leaving the study room, any items left behind will be placed in the Lost and Found.
- No sticking of personal materials onto the walls of the room.
- Suspension for misuse of the room.
- Management reserves the right to modify terms and conditions without prior notice. All library rules and regulations apply.
- Silence all mobile devices
Groups are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and removing all personal items when leaving the study room. Any items left behind will be placed in the Lost and Found.
